Haleakalā Biochar is seeking a reliable and hardworking Biochar Production Assistant to join our team at our outdoor production facility in Kula, Maui. This role involves supporting biochar production using invasive hardwood feedstock, maintaining equipment, managing materials, and assisting with daily operations to ensure quality and safety. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions, capable of performing physical tasks, and committed to sustainable practices. Experience in outdoor labor or production environments is a plus.
